QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Quality Assurance Requirements
Unless otherwise specified in the purchase order or its attachments, the following requirements shall apply.
ZKG-1. Quality Management System
The Supplier shall maintain an AS/EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System. In the event that the Supplier identifies a nonconformity in the product to be supplied, delivery shall not be made without prior approval from EASYMAR.
ZKG-2. Manufacturer Certificate of Conformance / Analysis (CoC)
If the Supplier is not the manufacturer, the Supplier shall procure the products directly from the Manufacturer or from sources officially authorized by the Manufacturer, together with a Manufacturer Certificate of Conformance / Analysis.
The Manufacturer Certificate of Conformance / Analysis, containing the following information, shall be delivered with the product:

Product code

EASYMAR purchase order number (where applicable)

Quantity
-
Batch/Lot or Serial numbers
-
Where applicable, material, process, and specification details used/applied (including revision status, if any)

Where applicable, supporting analysis, test, and measurement results

Authorized signature
Products without a Manufacturer Certificate of Conformance / Analysis shall not be accepted. A certificate prepared by the Supplier shall not replace the Manufacturer Certificate.
ZKG-3. Supplier Certificate of Conformance (CoC)
This requirement shall apply only if the Manufacturer Certificate specified in ZKG-2 cannot be provided.
If the Supplier is an authorized distributor of the Manufacturer, the Supplier shall prepare and submit a Certificate of Conformance including the following information:

Quantity

Batch/Lot or Serial numbers

Where applicable, material, process, and specification details (including revision status, if any)

If the Supplier is not an authorized distributor of the Manufacturer, in addition to the above certificate, traceability records demonstrating that the products were procured from the Manufacturer or an authorized distributor (including product codes and batch/serial numbers) shall be provided with the product.
ZKG-4. Prevention of Counterfeit/Suspect Parts
The information on the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformance shall be traceable and match the information on the product and/or its original packaging.
Products shall be delivered in their original packaging, fully packed, with intact batches, clean, and in good condition.
If the supplied quantity is less than the original package quantity or if the above conditions cannot be met, the situation shall be submitted to EASYMAR for approval, and delivery shall not be made without such approval.
ZKG-5. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
Material Safety Data Sheets shall be provided with the product for all chemicals and products that may pose a risk to human health.
ZKG-6. Packaging
The Supplier shall package the products in their original packaging in accordance with standard commercial practices, ensuring protection against physical damage during handling, transportation, and storage, using appropriate packaging materials, size, and weight.
The package shall include information on the package contents, purchase order number, and any special warnings related to the contents.
Components sensitive to factors such as electrostatic discharge (ESD), humidity, temperature, etc., shall be labeled, packaged, and shipped in accordance with the methods specified or recommended by the Manufacturer.
Hazardous materials (flammable, combustible, explosive, radioactive materials, hazardous chemicals, etc.) shall be packaged and marked in accordance with applicable national and international regulations.
ZKG-7. Substitution with Improved Products
No product substitution shall be made, even with a superior alternative, without the prior approval of EASYMAR.
ZKG-8. Shelf-Life Controlled Materials
Products that have exceeded more than 20% of their shelf life shall not be accepted.
Additional Quality Assurance Requirements
The following requirements shall apply only if explicitly specified in the purchase order or its attachments.
İKG-1. ISO 9001 Quality Management System
The Supplier shall maintain an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
İKG-2. AS/EN 9120 Quality Management System
The Supplier shall maintain an AS/EN 9120 Quality Management System.
İKG-3. AS/EN 9100 Quality Management System
The Supplier shall maintain an AS/EN 9100 Quality Management System.
